“Disinclination to Travel” Policy:
*If canceling your trip to Hawaii due to weather or virus warnings, you may receive a credit for the full amount you’ve paid, to be used towards a luxury picnic within one calendar year from the date of your originally scheduled booking. No refunds will be given.

This is not an exhaustive list of policies. All policies will be listed in client’s agreement upon booking.
-Full booking fee must be paid before booking star time begins.
-For standard bookings, unpaid invoices will expire 24 hours after they are sent. For next day bookings, unpaid invoices will expire six hours after being sent. For same-day bookings, invoices will expire one hour after being sent. If your invoice has expired due to non-payment, you must contact Isle of Events in order to check for availability and your desired booking time may no longer be available.
-Available bookings are on a first come first serve basis and are not reserved until a deposit has been paid. Isle of Events will not hold a reservation unless payment has been received.
-Lola is not responsible for the appearance of the venue/location chosen for your booking (this includes bad weather).
-A picnic booking may only be rescheduled less than 72 hours from booking time, without incurring an additional fee, as a result of inclement weather.
-No refunds of any kind will be given for no shows or cancellations.
-Client and client’s party members are prohibited from causing a disturbance to anyone nearby, during your booking time.
-Smoking of any kind is prohibited on all beaches and parks and is not allowed during your picnic on, at, or near any picnic equipment rental items. Anyone who smokes near picnic equipment rental items will be charged a cleaning fee.
-Animals are not allowed on picnic equipment rental items. Anyone who brings pets onto picnic equipment rental items will be charged a cleaning fee.
-There is a travel fee of $0.56/mile for any distance over 20 miles, round trip, from Honolulu, HI 96826.
-Isle of Events accepts credit/debit cards and cash, only. Checks will not be accepted.
-All monies must be paid and agreement must be signed before client is allowed use of picnic rental equipment items.
-Groupon voucher can only be used for first-time clients.
-A deposit of 75% of your booking fee, or $150 (whichever amount is greater), is due upon booking and is non-refundable (except for Groupon/Living Social purchases).
-A refundable deposit of 75% of your booking fee is due, upon booking, for all Groupon/Living Social bookings and will be refunded after event/picnic/equipment rental, less any damage fees (if/where applicable).
-Invoices paid after 6pm HST will be processed the following day between the hours of 9am and 5pm HST, unless otherwise stated.
